The video explains that we are moving to virtual learning until we return from thanksgiving break on November 30th. It also explains why we are making this decision.

Monday November will be a virtual day for Northwestern students. Again we have more staff out and cannot find subs.

All students are coming home with Chromebooks today. Jr/Sr High students will be expected to report online 10:00am-2:40pm (please see schedule posted earlier). Elementary students already have assignments in their Google classrooms and will have a video by 9am explaining the expectations for the day. This is a great opportunity to complete any incomplete assignments that you may have!! Please note teachers and students have been preparing for virtual days since the beginning of school utilizing Google classroom to increase their comfort level in the event we should need to go virtual.

Important Message! Northwestern Schools will have a virtual day tomorrow, November 6th. We have almost 20 staff member who will be out and we cannot find the subs we need to cover the classes. Students will receive their Chromebooks today so they can take them home. Students will be expected to be in their virtual classes tomorrow. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we feel that this is what is best for our students. Go Warriors!

Dear Military Families,
Every year Northwestern High School does a wonderful job of honoring our military veterans on November 11th. This year WNBC (our video production team) is creating a video to honor Northwestern's Military Veterans - specifically your student/soldier. We are asking for your help in honoring them by providing us with a photo of your student/soldier in uniform. If you have one you would like to share, please email it to Theresa Berthold, bertholdt@nwlschools.org. Photos can be submitted until November 1, 2020.
Please submit photo, year graduated and military branch.
We sincerely appreciate your participation and support in this endeavor. We will be happy to share the video with you when it is completed.

Congratulations to our Boys and Girls soccer teams for making it to the 3rd round of the State Tournament!! Good luck!! GO WARRIORS!!

Today our district disposed of boxes of water damaged paper. The level of water damage ranged from moderate to extreme. Unfortunately none of it can run-through our copier machines or it will cause significant jamming and possible damage. Thank you for your understanding.

Congratulations to the 20-21 Homecoming Queen, Savannah Hackathorn, and King, Jonathan Angell.
